Every phlebotomist is fully vaccinated, sanitizes their hands before entering, wears fresh medical gloves, and uses only single-use sterile vacutainer needles opened directly before you. Used needles are discarded into sealed biomedical sharps containers immediately.
How do you preserve blood samples during transit?
Samples are sealed in pre-barcoded vacuum tubes and placed in certified cold-chain iceboxes maintained at strict temperature ranges (2°C–8°C) to prevent sample degradation or hemolysis until they reach our lab.

When and how will I receive my test results?
Most routine pathology reports (CBC, Sugar, Thyroid, LFT, KFT, Lipids) are released on the same day. As soon as the report is signed off by our MD Pathologist, a secure PDF is dispatched to your registered WhatsApp number and email.
