Eligible refunds for pre-paid services cancelled prior to sample collection will be processed in accordance with CSA Diagnostic's operational billing guidelines via the original mode of payment or credit voucher within standard processing timelines.

Home sample collection and doorstep diagnostic services (such as portable ECG, X-Ray, and Holter monitoring) are subject to geographic operational zones, technician scheduling, and minimum booking criteria where applicable.

Allocated home collection time slots are scheduled estimates and may be subject to minor delays caused by traffic congestion, weather events, or prior emergency patient calls.

Patients are strictly required to observe all pre-test preparatory guidelines communicated by our team—including required overnight fasting, water intake, or withholding specific morning medications—to ensure specimen integrity and analytical accuracy.
